    disappointed, low budget property, lobby looks nice in addition rest is the pits. breakfast meal arrangement was awful, rooms/beds/bathrooms/ need work. Several of the front desk people were helpful and nice, manager was grouchy though.

    The service at this property was awesome. They put our soccer team all together on the same floor, let us hang out on the patio (which is also an Outback restaurant) and took excellent care of us.
    2 smiles Bad Housekeeping
    We stayed for 4 nites in July. On our first night, we asked for extra towels as there are 5 in our family. We received them from the front desk and also asked that house keeping leave us extra towels each day. That did not happen once - we had to ask each night for extra towels. Also our coffee carafe was broken - also asked for replacement which was never received. This is a basic hotel - if you want to have a little luxury in a hotel room, don't stay here.
